1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") and 355jl ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 355jl online casino platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the 355jl website, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register for and use 355jl services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino operations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Service.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered with any gambling self-exclusion program or prohibited from gambling by court order, regulatory directive, or legal guardian instruction.
• Online gambling must be legal in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 355jl complies with applicable local, state, and national laws.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating a 355jl account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must provide your legal full name as it appears on government-issued identification documents, a valid email address that you regularly access, a Philippine mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes, your actual date of birth, and your residential address within the Philippines.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. 355jl reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, and confiscate any winnings or balances in such accounts. If you discover that you have inadvertently created multiple accounts, you must immediately notify our customer support team.

2.3 Identity Verification

355jl is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, we require all players to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification (Philippine driver's license, passport, or national ID card), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and verification of payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 355jl account login credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes. You must choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. We recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters with a minimum length of eight (8) characters.

You must never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to be 355jl representatives. 355jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, phone call, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be considered a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify 355jl customer support immediately. Until such notification is received, you remain liable for all transactions, wagers, and account activities.

3.2 Account Usage Restrictions

Your 355jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise made available to any other person. You may not allow any other individual to access your account or use your login credentials to place wagers, claim bonuses, or conduct transactions. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You must not use the 355jl Platform through any virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or IP address. We employ sophisticated geolocation technology to verify that players are accessing our services from within permitted jurisdictions. Any attempt to circumvent these controls constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and confiscation of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

355jl offers multiple deposit methods specifically tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, as well as over-the-counter payment options at authorized retail locations. The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account verification status and transaction history.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may result in currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider. 355jl does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your 355jl account instantly. In rare cases where technical issues or payment provider delays occur, deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account balance. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier and account verification level. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per month, while VIP accounts enjoy higher limits.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with our KYC and AML policies. First-time withdrawals require full account verification including submission of government-issued ID and proof of address. Once your account is fully verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours and up to twenty-four (24) hours during weekends and Philippine public holidays.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

355jl operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and international AML standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account we deem suspicious. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be approved. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used for money transfer or currency exchange purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional scrutiny and verification requirements. We may request source of funds documentation, employment verification, or other evidence demonstrating the legitimate origin of deposited funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal denial and account closure with funds returned to the source payment method.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

355jl offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses for existing players, cashback programs, free spins, VIP rewards, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. These terms include wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and eligible games.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of fifteen times (15x) the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000 and receive a ₱1,000 bonus, you must wager ₱30,000 (₱2,000 × 15) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, live dealer games contribute 10%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds. Players may not wager more than ₱100 per spin or hand while a bonus is active. We reserve the right to withhold, deny, or withdraw any bonus or promotion from any player at our sole discretion. If bonus abuse is detected, 355jl may void all bonuses, confiscate winnings derived from abusive play, close the player's account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) and Game Fairness

Any bets placed before disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to the actual outcome.

6.3 Betting Limits and Restrictions

355jl reserves the right to impose betting limits on any game or player account at our discretion. Limits may vary based on game type, player history, VIP status, and risk management considerations. We may reduce betting limits, restrict access to certain games, or impose other restrictions on accounts that demonstrate high-risk betting patterns or winning streaks that exceed normal statistical expectations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 355jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software, data compilations, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 355jl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The 355jl name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 355jl. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. The games available on the Platform are owned by their respective software providers and are licensed to 355jl for distribution to players. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or public display of any Content is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 355jl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any collection and use of game data or player information, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, or any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any third party.

8. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the 355jl Platform:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or using any automated systems, bots, or software to manipulate games or gain unfair advantages.
• Tampering with the proper functioning of the Platform or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in other prohibited conduct.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your true location or access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of any games or Platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 355jl staff members through any communication channel.
• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature through the Platform.

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

355jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data. If your account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any damages or losses incurred.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, we will process any pending withdrawals and return your remaining balance after deducting any applicable fees or charges. You acknowledge that account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

355jl strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 355jl, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Player Responsibilities

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any gambling losses incurred and agree not to hold 355jl liable for such losses. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should never chase losses. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please utilize our responsible gaming tools or seek professional assistance.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the 355jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute with 355jl, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our complaints department, which will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision within sixty (60) days.

All decisions made by 355jl management regarding interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, account issues, or any other disputes shall be final and binding. You agree to accept our decisions without further recourse except as required by applicable Philippine law.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 355jl.
